We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Telesales Executive to generate sales by reaching out to businesses introducing our products and services and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
Conduct outbound cold calls and followup calls to businesses to pitch and sell Aventa s products and services.
Identify and qualify potential leads ensuring a strong pipeline for sales conversion.
Research potential clients to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Maintain regular contact through phone calls emails and followups to nurture leads and close deals.
Address client concerns and handle objections effectively providing solutions that fit their needs.
Sales Process & Performance Tracking
Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback.
Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated on Aventa s EV products industry trends and competitor activities.
Continuously refine sales techniques based on customer feedback and performance analytics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in telesales telemarketing or B2B sales.
Experience in the automotive energy or technology industries is an advantage.
Technical & Sales Skills
Strong sales negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
Ability to understand customer pain points and position products as solutions.
