Pay Rate:$18.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift:Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:45 PM 45Minute Lunch)

Position Overview
A wellestablishedClaremore machine shopis seeking an experiencedCNC Mill/Lathe Machinistfor aday shiftposition. The ideal candidate will have a minimum ofthree years of CNC machining experience with the ability to set up edit and oversee the production of highquality parts. Candidates must be skilled machinists not button pushers and must be proficient in tool setting wear offsets and maintaining production quality. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and editCNC machines for production runs.
Ensure highqualitymachined partsby monitoring and adjustingtool sets and wear offsets.
Oversee themachining cells quality controland production standards.
Operate and maintainCNC mills and lathesefficiently.
Troubleshoot and adjustmachining parametersto optimize performance.
Comply withsafety protocolsand company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum3 years of recent CNC machining experience.
Strong knowledge ofCNC programming tooling and offsets.
Experience withHAAS and Mazak machinespreferred.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Must passbackground check and drug screening.
