Position Overview
The successful candidate will be part of Prescients Quality Control (QC) Team as a QC Associate within Prescient Business Operations. The QC Team supports our clientfacing consultants and internal researchers in consistently delivering highquality insights while complying with legal and ethical standards. These insights may be delivered in PowerPoint Word or Excel formats or via our proprietary webbased InflexionRx decision support platform.
The position requires a focused organized and efficient individual with a passion for grammar an eye for detail and the ability to explain how something could be improved to better meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will contribute directly to building impactful reports and dynamic outputs that help biopharmaceutical companies develop launch and market medicines. They may also support special projects or other initiatives such as business systems or other tools.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $55000 $65000. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education experience training skills geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines. Prescient offers PTO and paid holidays the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All fulltime employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans including medical dental vision life disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
