Job Description

As Sales Support Coordinator you will be a key support to the sales team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administrative and system processes related to sales support. Your role is to support daytoday sales activities manage documents and liaise with other departments within the company to ensure that the teams objectives are met effectively. Working in our team is an excellent opportunity to develop in an international environment that focuses on collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Quote creation and followup
  • Creating and managing agreements in MySamskip
  • Managing group mailbox
  • Support for reporting (internal and external)
  • Backup for Field and Inside Sales
  • CRM support
  • Managing business partner forms
  • Managing (sales related) invoice disputes
  • Daily interaction with other departments or stakeholders
  • Maintaining relationships with customers already existing in database

Our requirements:

  • Experience in Administration
  • High organizational and time management skills
  • Precision responsible committed willing to learn
  • Team player attitude and openness for global cooperation
  • Fluency in English language written and spoken  mandatory
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications
  • Experience in sales is not required
  • Experience in logistics or shipping would be a great advantage but not required
