- System Management:
- Assist with routine maintenances and updates of IT systems.
- Support the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.
- Helpdesk Support:
- Provide firstlevel support to endusers for hardware software and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
- Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures to ensure highquality service.
- Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Helpdesk Operations:
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ORICs ticketing system.
- Maintain helpdesk documentation including FAQ and user guides.
- Track and report helpdesk performance metrics.
- User Training and Support:
- Perform Onboarding/Offboarding training.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers on new technologies and software applications.
- Support the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.
- Project Management:
- Support IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades system migrations and new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with IT members and crossfunctional teams to maintain service level agreement (SLA).
- Security and Compliance:
- Maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
- Enforce compliance with industry regulations and standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management preferably in the biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT Systems including servers networks and storage systems.
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g. HIPAA GDPR).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biotechspecific software and systems.
- O365 Azure Outlook SharePoint OneDrive InTune Box Adobe Pro Freshservices
Additional Information :
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our San Diego location is between $90000 $140000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job type and length of experience within the industry education etc.
