Job Description
BHS Corrugated is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. In this role youll analyze workflows identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement solutions including automation and technology enhancements.
- Lead change management efforts and ensure successful implementation.
- Support financial transactions including invoices and credits.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction for BHS NA.
- Work closely with leadership and participate in crossfunctional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement or business process reengineering.
- Strong communication problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Techsavvy with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
