Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design supply and installation through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring we maintain the capability to help prevent detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and accomplished New Business Development Manager from within the Fire & Security industry.
Basic SalarySubject to experience
On Target Earnings Circa 70000
Company Vehicle or Car Allowance (candidate preference)

Marlowe Fire & Securitys New Business Development Managers
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
- Professionally represent the companys brand and successfully sell the Companys fire & security products within an allocated geographical area ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
- Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
- Attend appointments to sell the companys products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
- Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
- Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements

For this specific opportunity we are looking for candidates who:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development mainly around service contracts.
- Possess a strong network of contacts.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are driven selfmotivated and goaloriented
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Are proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Hold a valid drivers license and are willing to travel as required
