SENCO Progressive Secondary School Bath April Start
Location: Bath
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS TLR
A progressive and inclusive secondary school in Bath is looking for a SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to lead its outstanding SEN department. This role is ideal for an experienced SEN teacher or current SENCO looking to make a meaningful impact.

Your Role as a SENCO:
- Lead and coordinate the SEND provision across the school.
- Work with teachers support staff and external professionals to ensure inclusive education.
- Develop EHCPs and support students with additional needs.

- Oversee assessment monitoring and intervention plans.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).
- Strong experience working with SEND students in a school setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and student wellbeing.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
