About Indirect Purchasing Team in Autoliv
The Global Category Management team is driving category strategies together with our divisional purchasing teams. We are positioning Indirect Purchasing as a strategic partner for our stakeholders to support Autolivs long term strategic goals and to guarantee a balanced supplier selection. We also continuously lead and execute general purchasing excellence activities to maximize the value delivered by Indirect Purchasing.
Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement cuttingedge procurement strategies for Global IT aligning with Autolivs objectives and goals.
- Supplier Excellence: Identify and evaluate toptier suppliers negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of highquality goods and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on sourcing options and best practices.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior procurement team members sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in IT sourcing with a proven track record in strategic sourcing contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services and related technologies with familiarity in stateoftheart sourcing strategies like eauctions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in matrix organization manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in procurement tools and systems preferably with experience in SAP S2P and CLM systems.

The role is based in Zug and will report to Global Category Manager IT & Telecom with a possibility to make a positive impact on our Indirect Purchasing roadmap.
