What youll do:

As a Mobilisation Coordinator your mission is to mobilise and manage projects efficiently ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. By coordinating field teams managing logistics ensuring compliance and maintaining strong client relationships you will play a crucial role in driving profitability operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ultimate goal is to support the Pothole Contract Manager in delivering safe highquality and costeffective solutions while upholding Ground Controls commitment to excellence and sustainability. Additionally you will support the wider team when time permits ensuring a collaborative approach that enables us to collectively achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve overall efficiency.
Role overview
The Mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of approved projects from planning to ensuring that all necessary resources permits and compliance measures are in place. Working closely with the Pothole Contract Manager this role ensures that projects are mobilised efficiently completed safely and prepared for billing with a strong focus on cost control compliance and client engagement. Success in this role requires exceptional coordination communication and problemsolving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously optimise Field Team performance and uphold Ground Controls reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Work Allocation & Coordination Skilled in scheduling field teams preventing delays and optimising resources.
Client & Portal Management Experience handling client portals permits approvals and providing proactive updates.
Material & Procurement Ability to manage procurement ensure material availability and maintain accurate records.
Safety & Compliance Strong understanding of H&S RAMS permits audits and regulatory compliance.
Cost & Efficiency Management Experience optimising costs tracking revenue and improving financial performance.
Project & Quality Assurance Ensures job delivery meets specifications drives Right FirstTime standards and manages ETAs.
Communication & Team Engagement Strong stakeholder management inbox coordination and team training skills.
