The Group is active in 9 countries and has the largest private network in the car rental sector with over 150 service points. Autohellas is the largest Hertz franchisee worldwide and the first to introduce Operating leasing in Greece in 1989 under the brand Hertz.
Since its takeover of Velmar and Technocar Seat in 2016 it has been expanding its activities in the import and sale of cars.
In December 2017 it gained control of 70 of Hyundai Hellas and Kia Hellas while in May 2023 Autohellas gained control of 51 of the import and distribution of the Abarth Alfa Romeo Fiat Fiat Professional and Jeep brands in Greece.
We are looking for a Technical Product Managerto join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
About the Role
Autohellas seeks a dynamic and detailoriented Technical Product Manager / Product Owner to join our Product Team. This is a handson role where youll drive the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launchcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to create innovative solutions that fuel business growth.
We need someone who is analytical resourceful and customerfocused and who can work both independently and as part of a team.

What Youll Do
- Manage roadmaps set team goals and oversee multiple products/projects
- Lead the endtoend product development process from ideation to working closely with crossfunctional stakeholders and external vendors
- Gather and evaluate product requirements prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product quality before launch
- Act as a bridge between business and tech teams ensuring smooth communication
- Advocate for customer needs and balance business user and technical constraints effectively
- Review development progress to ensure alignment with the defined vision
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of handson product development experience managing full product or feature cycles
- Strong background in business analysis and writing functional specifications
- Experience working in a crossfunctional environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skillsyou can break down complex ideas and collaborate effectively
- A structured and proactive approach with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced everevolving environment
- Familiarity with project management principles and best practices
- University degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field
- Fluent in Greek & English (written and verbal)
Bonus Points
- Experience in rentacar leasing travel industries is a significant advantage
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
