Job Description
Are you an experienced and passionate Business Teacher looking to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive school environment We are looking for a dedicated Business Teacher to join a wellestablished department offering a fulltime permanent role with the added benefit of a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate.

- Position: Business Teacher with TLR
- Teaching Subjects: Business to KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (ALevel)
- Contract: Fulltime Permanent
- Location: Nottingham
- Start Date: Easter 2025
- Salary: Competitive dependent on experience plus TLR

Role Responsibilities:
Teach Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (ALevel).
Develop and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Actively participate in the development and improvement of the Business curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback.
Take on a TLR to support leadership and contribute to the growth of the department.
Contribute to team meetings and help shape the direction of the department.
Support the pastoral care of students and maintain a positive learning environment.
Who We Are Looking For:
A degree in Business or a related field.
QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5.
Strong leadership potential and passion for Business education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and driven approach to teaching and learning.
