The Team

As our Lead Quant Analyst you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining complex models that integrate financial and physical power market instruments. Your expertise will be central in building Flowers energy infrastructure portfolio and assessing its risks. This role requires a highly analytical mindset strong mathematical skills and proficiency in programming and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop validate and implement sophisticated risk models combining financial and physical power market instruments.
    • Analyze and clean large datasets to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
    • Translate the risk model implications into key strategic decisionmaking.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk modeling and data analysis.

    Qualifications:

      • Masters degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
      • Extensive experience from risk modeling and portfolio management.
      • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
      • Fluent in English both written and verbal.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Ph.D. in a related field.
      • Great understanding of financial and physical power markets.
      • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy or financial sector.

        Location
        We value office collaboration but support some hybridework. Our office is at Sder Mlarstrand minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
