Job Description

Hiring Background
Automotive SoC products are key components for realizing the computerization and high functionality of automobiles as represented by CASE. In Renesas RCar series is the automotive SoCs which have much bigger and much more functionalities than other Renesas product.

Due to the very largescale and complicated system the specifications and user manuals become huge amount. We are looking for a manager for the team that will develop these specifications and user manuals.

Cooperation with design team in India and Vietnam requires global mindset.

 

Responsibilities
Planning and management of specification document and user manual IP development
Human resource management of development teams in global multiple sites


Qualifications :

MUST
Management skill for LSI digital frontend circuit
Experience of writing specification document and user manual for LSI/IP
English communication skill (Conversational level)

WANT
Knowledge of major IPs like CPU GPU Video IP Bus Memory controller etc.
