You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Description Human Resources Assistant Job Responsibilities: Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information of employees. Provides payroll information by providing Leave attendance records and other payroll related documentation on a monthly basis Maintains and responsible for providing employee data reports by organizing, preparing, and analyzing data. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the HR system Responsible for the HRIMS system updates and coordinator between IT and Payroll department for all the requirement related to the system Responsible for all required HR documentation and posting from Hiring to cancellation process Maintains quality service by following organization standards within the HR Department. Adhere to any HR work related requirement from the department head from time to time accordingly Skill required: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office ( mostly Excel ) Very good communications skills (both verbal and written ) With very good HR interpersonal skills With basic knowledge of UAE labor law Previous payroll work related experience is an advantage UAE DL is an advantage
