- Team management including capacity management associate development.
- Overall KPI and target tracking and reporting e.g. competition share contract coverage.
- Escalation management within the responsible area
- Implementation of global and categorical sourcing strategies and supplier management.
- Implementation of global and regional management strategies and KPIs.
- Develop the regional material field strategy to support global strategy.
- Internal customer management particularly early involvement.
- Ensure the team to follow purchasing processes signature rules compliance requirements.
- Contract management for the responsible area.
- Supplier Relationship Management for the responsible area (including KPIs audits).
- Handle sourcing requests in case of emergencies or in case of capacity constraints
Qualifications :
- Experience with indirect purchasing cost analysis supplier development and supply chain optimization.
- Proficient in purchasing IT tools and SAP.
- Skilled in project management stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities (internal and external).
- Familiarity with contract law compliance and advanced procurement tools.
- Market research expertise with a preference for a manufacturing/engineering background.
- Fluent in English (negotiation level); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication collaboration and assertiveness skills.
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Resilient under pressure with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
