Job Description
The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external 8 month Process Cadet program.
Our Process Cadet Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with onthejob/core training at Mogalakwena Complex. This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference.
Qualifications :
Application requirements include the following:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science and English (Mathematics Literacy will not be considered) or Equivalent
- Must have obtain a pass mark of 40 and above
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- South African Drivers license will be advantageous
Important: We will only consider applicants from host communities. Applications without certified copies of qualification/s and proof of residence will not be considered.
Additional Information :
Cadetship Conditions:
- Must be prepared to work on highrisk noisy and dusty areas in the Plant
- Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
- Must have a medical certificate of fitness or able to obtain one
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
