Job Description

You Will:

      • Achieve Revenue Targets: Deliver account management plans and meet revenue goals for assigned accounts.
      • Create Case Studies: Develop case studies for each account showcasing measurable business impact.
      • Generate SQLs for CrossSells: Identify and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by leveraging recommendations from current customers.
      • Drive Customer Development: Provide insights to enhance Appsilons value proposition and support our Innovation Team.

What We Are Looking For in You:

      • Sales Hunter Mindset: You actively seek out and secure new project opportunities.
      • Technological Expertise: A strong understanding of software development capabilities allows you to discuss solutions confidently with customers without requiring a software engineers support. Experience in areas like selling software solutions delivery management or project management is essential.
      • Life Sciences Familiarity: You are knowledgeable about or can quickly learn terminology such as FDA submission clinical trials pharmacovigilance or spatial transcriptomics. Prior experience working with pharmaceutical clients is a significant advantage.

      Additional Requirements:
      • Excellent English Proficiency C1 C2
      • You are open to regular travel to meet customers and attend conferences or industry events EU & USA .
      • You excel at speaking listening and building rapport characterized by openness patience emotional intelligence and professionalism.
      • You are highly motivated take ownership of your performance and continuously strive for improvement.
      • You bring a solid understanding of customer development processes and best practices.

      Nice to Have:
      • Experience in The Challenger Sale methodology
      • Experience as Delivery Manager
      • Experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative
