Job Description

Job Summary:

The DTP Specialist will manage and oversee the daytoday operations of our DTP studio ensuring the efficient and accurate production of highquality artwork for heat transfer printing. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles prepress processes and print production techniques as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of artwork for heat transfer printing direct printing sublimation printing ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the sales marketing and production teams to ensure seamless project workflow and ontime delivery.

  • Manage and maintain the DTP studio equipment and software ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives such as creating compelling visuals for job postings and developing a strong company boilerplate.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a DTP operator or studio lead with a strong understanding of heat transfer printing processes.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other relevant design software.

  • Excellent knowledge of prepress and print production techniques including color management file preparation and output optimization.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the apparel industry.

  • Knowledge of different heat transfer materials and application techniques.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
