Job Description
Job Summary:
The DTP Specialist will manage and oversee the daytoday operations of our DTP studio ensuring the efficient and accurate production of highquality artwork for heat transfer printing. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles prepress processes and print production techniques as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of artwork for heat transfer printing direct printing sublimation printing ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales marketing and production teams to ensure seamless project workflow and ontime delivery.
Manage and maintain the DTP studio equipment and software ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives such as creating compelling visuals for job postings and developing a strong company boilerplate.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a DTP operator or studio lead with a strong understanding of heat transfer printing processes.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent knowledge of prepress and print production techniques including color management file preparation and output optimization.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the apparel industry.
Knowledge of different heat transfer materials and application techniques.
Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
