Create detailed business process models following the client approved modelling notation/design modelling software
Draft use cases and assist/execute user acceptance testing to ensure that the system developed meets the business requirements and is according to the specifications agreed to.
Create low fidelity wireframes using the clients wireframing design tool
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements. Ensure the user interface and user experience are optimized for endusers facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Review all software quality assurance (QA) activities with the QA Tester or project stakeholders to ensure the product meets the requirements and business needs.
Recommend and develop strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall business performance.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure that business requirements are appropriately captured in the client IT systems such as JIRA and prioritized for Agile development cycles.
Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions (for end users and for the newcomers in the team)
Qualifications :
Bachelor plus 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in communicating efficiently and clearly in a way that the receiver effectively understands the message.
Work experience with information systems consulting and studies.
Meticulous in quality and ICT security procedures
Work experience in large organizations administrative and business processes
Preparing and writing detailed reports
Effectively deliver high level presentations
Working in an international/multicultural environment
Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Business process modelling
Designing mockups of user interfaces for web applications
Experience in business model analysis process analysis and business process modeling to assess and optimize workflows.
Skilled in impact analysis SWOT analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate business strategies and decisionmaking.
Good command of English equal to B2 according to CERF.
