We are currently on the lookout for management consultants to join our financial services team. If you want to work as a management consultant helping our financial services clients succeed with their most important challenges this may be your chance. What you will be doing
Joining us you will be crucial in building our presence and services towards the Swiss market alongside assisting banks insurance companies asset managers life and pension companies and fintechs in a wide variety of areas.
You can expect to be involved in projects relating to one or more of the following subject areas (depending on your area of expertise and interests):
- Business strategy
- Sustainability strategy and transformations
- Growth customer experience and innovation
- Digitalisation business and IT transformation
- Operations and performance management
- Risk management regulatory and compliance services
Who are we looking for
We are looking for Management Consultants with experience in project delivery and handling complex problems in the financial sector who:
- Are selfdriven and have a proven ability to lead project teams consisting of client employees and consultants.
- Have the personality and skill set to collaborate with clients at all levels of the organisation.
- Are eager to create business results for our financial services clients and thrive in a collaborative approach to the of change.
- Are fluent in English and German written and spoken is a must.
- Hold a masters degree and a permit to work in Switzerland.
- Embrace diversity.
- Are analytical inquisitive and empathetic.
