Department
This position is filled in the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. Together with our partners we are developing and supporting intelligent electronic tolling solutions for our international customers. We use digital intelligence for a smart service that connects Europe. Using sophisticated technology and our toll box we are creating a new age of seamless mobility. Our aims are to further develop the currently available services extend it to further domains and is to become the market leader and most innovative player in European toll business. You will join an international team supporting our customers by providing various components of our tolling solutions.
Main tasks
As a Junior Devops Engineer:
- You are managing complex applications including incident response and system monitoring.
- You like it to dig deep into complex requirements and will get familiarity with CRM and Billing processes.
- You are curious to try out new cloud technologies and tools to constantly improve and expand our wide range of knowhow.
- Be part of our AAXapplication operation team that takes full operational responsibility for the services.
- You feel comfortable working in an international selforganized team in an agile organization and you would like to grow with us personally.
Qualifications :
To excel in this role you should have:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in running applications in business operations
- Advanced knowledge of Linux SQL container technology Kubernetes and experience operating applications in cloud environments (e.g. AWS)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Experience with automation of operational processes
- Knowledge of monitoring technologies (OpenSearch Grafana Prometheus Server) and database solutions (Oracle PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Fluency in English (reading writing and speaking)
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fastpaced environment
- Experience with incident response and system monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT
- Knowledge of CRM and Billing processes
- German language skills
