Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Lead
Department: Finance
Reports To: Director of Finance
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Procurement Lead to drive strategic procurement initiatives optimize costs and implement AIdriven innovations in procurement processes. This role will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in shared services or techenabled procurement expertise in ERP systems and a proven track record of implementing technologydriven procurement solutions. This role requires strong contract negotiation skills the ability to influence stakeholders and crossfunctional collaboration to enhance procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement & Cost Optimization
Develop & execute procurement strategy
Strategic sourcing supplier consolidation contract negotiations
Establish KPIs and procurement metrics
Track savings & efficiency
Supplier performance
Provide regular reports and insights on procurement performance supplier evaluations and cost savings.
Vendor & Supplier Management
Strong supplier relationships to ensure quality pricing and service levels
Risk assessment to ensure compliance with company policies
Develop vendor performance evaluation framework
Cross Function Collaboration
True business partner with other departments
Lead contract negotiations
Tech and AIdriven Procurement Innovation
Implement AI and automation to manual processes
AIpowered contract management sourcing etc.
Utilize ERP and data analytics to streamline procurement operations
Process Improvement & Compliance
Standardize and automate procurement workflows
Procurement policies best practices
Crossdepartment collaboration to maintain budget adherence and compliance
Requirements
Qualifications:
Shared services or techenabled procurement
Have implemented technologydriven procurement solutions
Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
Expertise with ERP systems
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive crossfunctional collaboration
Amenable to report at the company s offices as required (Makati and Taguig)
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
