Job Description
We are looking for a FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team!

Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly expense Actual vs. Budget reports and providing actionable insights
- Preparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial planning
- Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
- Participating in the annual budget planning process
- Participating in the monthend close process
- Collaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally including accounting and bookkeeping departments
- Support in creating and maintaining complex financial models using advanced tools.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/ Finalyear students
- Strong team player with a cando attitude.
- Able to take ownership of fastpaced projects with rapidly shifting priorities managing them through to completion with patience flexibility and passion.
- Efficient and creative problemsolver comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
- Tech savvy: Practical experience with SQL Power Query VBA BI tools an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
