We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Web Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our online presence.
Job Summary:
As a Remote Web Developer at WeCare Medical Specialty Group you will be responsible for the development maintenance and optimization of our web applications and websites. You will work closely with our design marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into functional and engaging web experiences. Your expertise in frontend and backend development along with your attention to detail and problemsolving skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Web Development:
Develop and maintain responsive and userfriendly websites and web applications.
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code using HTML CSS JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
Implement frontend designs and integrate them with backend systems.
Build and maintain APIs and integrate thirdparty services.
Optimize website performance including page speed and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with designers marketers and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Document development processes and procedures.
Participate in agile development methodologies.
Continuous Learning:
Stay uptodate with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Explore and implement new technologies and best practices.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web Developer.
Strong proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and related frontend technologies.
Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
Experience with backend technologies (e.g. Node.js Python PHP).
Experience with database technologies (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Understanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
United States Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Preferred:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience with Webflow.
