Job Description

Job Title: HR & Recruitment Specialist

Location: Phnom Penh
Reports to: General Manager/CEO
Department: Human Resources

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing the recruitment process sourcing and hiring top talent and providing HR support to ensure an efficient and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills an understanding of HR best practices and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
    • Source screen and interview candidates for open positions across various departments.
    • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Manage job postings job fairs and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    • Facilitate the new employee onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Assist in preparing offer letters employment contracts and other necessary documentation.
    • Help foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience from hiring through their tenure.
  • HR Support:
    • Assist with HR functions such as benefits administration employee relations and performance management.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment and employment process.
    • Stay updated on changes to employment laws and regulations to advise management accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment ideally in F&B and Distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Working Hour: 9am 6:00pm Mon Fri Sat (halfday)

Salary: $600
