Job Description
Join a leading multinational technology BPO company as a Germanspeaking Partner Support Representative! In this role you will provide SEO optimization recommendations content audits and digital marketing support to partners. If you have a passion for eCommerce digital content and partner management this is the opportunity for you!
Location: Barcelona Spain
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonus
Responsibilities:
SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct basic SEO optimization (KW gap analysis onsite search recommendations).
- Perform content audits and review online audit results.
- Provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.
Partner Support & Training
- Onboard and train partners on content best practices.
- Troubleshoot contentrelated issues and ensure toolkit .
- Monitor and track performance improvements and optimizations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare partner optimization reports highlighting key gaps and recommendations.
- Track KPIs and analyze digital marketing .
- Support partners in achieving digital business goals.
What You Bring:
Language Skills: Native/fluent German (C1 and English (B2 level).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in online sales digital content management or eCommerce.
Education: Degree in Marketing eCommerce Business Administration (preferred).
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with SEO eMerchandising and web analytics is a plus.
Skills: Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
TechSavvy: Strong computing literacy Windows Office etc..
