Job Description

Remote Europe

As the Product Owner for our Sweepstakes Casino Platform youll be at the heart of turning bold ideas into thrilling player experiences.

Youll shape a strategic roadmap that carefully balances regulatory compliance user excitement and revenue goals. This role places you in the drivers seat using player insights spotting market trends and guiding your team to create features players genuinely love.

Every decision you make will directly enhance player engagement boost satisfaction and fuel the platforms growth giving you the satisfaction of truly impacting the player experience.


Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Strategy:Define and prioritise the product roadmap in line with business goals user engagement strategies and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate closely with leadership compliance marketing and development teams to convert business needs into clear actionable technical tasks.

Backlog Management & Feature Prioritisation:Maintain and prioritise a welldefined product backlog ensuring it supports retention monetisation and smooth gameplay experiences.

User Research & Market Analysis:Analyse player behaviour competitor trends and market insights to continually refine platform features and promotions.

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation:Track and analyse performance metrics like conversion rates and player engagement to maximise business impact.

Innovation Leadership:Inspire your crossfunctional team to deliver innovative solutions quickly keeping our platform competitive and exciting.


Key Deliverables & Success Metrics

Your First 3090 Days

  • Understand core platform functionalities.
  • Establish clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Gain indepth knowledge in at least one key area.
  • Coordinate and deliver a mediumsized project.

312 Months & Beyond:

  • Keep a prioritised backlog that enhances workflow.
  • Minimise context switching for engineers.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in the iGaming industry with at least 2 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in gambling.
  • Background in Software Engineering Data Analysis UX Design or Game Design is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in Casino or Sweepstakes studios.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex requirements to nontechnical and technical audiences alike.
  • Fluent English speaker; Europebased candidates preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile Scrum or SAFe certifications.
  • Experience working remotely or managing virtual teams.
