Your Role as SENCO
- Lead and manage the SEN department to ensure highquality provision for students with additional needs.
- Oversee EHCPs interventions and inclass support for students.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop inclusive classroom strategies.
- Liaise with parents external professionals and school leadership to create an effective SEN framework.

- A qualified SENCO (or a teacher with SEN experience working towards the SENCO qualification).
