Job Description
Are you an experienced and motivated Business Teacher looking to take the next step in your career We are seeking a talented Business Teacher to join a dynamic school in Wolverhampton starting in September. This fulltime permanent position offers the opportunity to teach Business to KS4 and KS5 students with the added responsibility of a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities
- Teach Business to KS4 and KS5 students delivering highquality lessons that support their learning and exam preparation.
- Develop and implement innovative and engaging teaching methods to inspire students.
- Lead and manage a designated area of responsibility within the Business department as part of the TLR.
- Support and mentor less experienced staff members within the department.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school.
- Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Business or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 level.
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE and ALevel Business curriculum.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in Business studies.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a school is desirable but not essential.

Salary
The salary for this Business Teacher position will be competitive and paid according to the MPS/UPS scale with the addition of a TLR for the right candidate.
