Hey its Christopher Wilbourn I am the founder and CEO of Tribe Wellness Sales. Im looking for a Salesforce Architect/Business Analyst to join me fulltime 40 hours a week in our Austin office. With guts integrity and a fire to make a dent in the universe were helping these brands thrive in a world thats too often stacked against them. But heres the catch: as we scale our Salesforce platform is bursting at the seams. Its our lifelinetracking sales onboarding clients driving resultsbut without the right person its a mess waiting to happen. Processes lag opportunities slip and the mission takes a hit. Thats where you come in. I need you to step up and make it bulletproof.

Youre the Hero We Need

Picture this: youre inoffice with me 40 hours a week right in the heart of Austin diving into the guts of our business. Half your time youre the Architectdesigning Salesforce solutions that scale like a dream. Youll craft workflows nail integrations and build systems (think Sales Cloud custom objects whatever it takes) that keep us moving fast and smart. The other half youre the Business Analystsitting with me my team and our clients pulling out what we need and turning it into plans that click. Youll map processes spot gaps and bridge the gap between vision and reality.

Heres what youll own:

• Design: Architect Salesforce setups that power our growthclean scalable and tough as nails.
• Analyze: Dig into our needstalk to stakeholders gather requirements and make them actionable.
• Optimize: Troubleshoot tweak and keep our Salesforce humming from client onboarding to sales wins.
• Connect: Work shouldertoshoulder with me and the crew to align every move with our mission.

• Skills: Salesforce pro (certifications a must) ace at process mapping comfy with data and integrations.

The Deal

This is fulltime inoffice 40 hours a weekno hybrid no remote. Youll be right here with me making it happen. Were talking $135000$165000/year depending on what you bring to the table.
