Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior Legal Officer you will be responsible for overseeing corporate legal transactions ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with clients board members and external stakeholders providing expert legal guidance and contributing to the seamless administration of complex international structures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients board members and thirdparty intermediaries handling inquiries and facilitating smooth interactions.
  • Oversee company secretarial activities including incorporations share allotments capital reductions director changes strikeoffs amendments to articles and more.
  • Prepare and review corporate approvals statutory filings and regulatory documents.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes ensure adherence to AML regulations and oversee KYC/CDD documentation management.
  • Prepare agendas draft minutes document decisions and circulate action items following meetings.
  • Manage daily company secretarial operations maintain statutory records and ensure timely filings.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure entities remain in good standing.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff delegate tasks and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with billing and cash collection processes in collaboration with management.


    Your Profile

    • Fluency in English and French is essential.
    • Minimum Bac 2 degree in legal studies.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Luxembourg preferably in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate legal requirements compliance regulations and AML procedures.
    • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to engage efficiently with external counterparts.
    • Experience with Diligent Board is highly desirable.
    • Strong team spirit initiative and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
    • Handson approach with flexibility to navigate complex transactions and regulatory challenges.
