About the Role:
We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth build client relationships and identify market opportunities in the UK. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales strategic planning and negotiation within specific industry e.g. IT Telecommunication & Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop/execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify new opportunities via networking referrals and outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align strategies.
- Client Engagement & Account Management:
- Conduct onsite client consultations presentations and product demos.
- Foster longterm partnerships through exceptional client satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Partner with legal/finance teams to ensure compliant profitable agreements.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze trends competitor activity and client needs to refine strategies.
- Reporting & Performance:
- Track KPIs (e.g. revenue growth conversion rates client retention).
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Hub Spot) for pipeline management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years in business development sales or client management preferably in Construction & Telecommunication.
- Skills: Strong negotiation communication and problemsolving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA or certifications (e.g. CIM) preferred.
- Other: Willingness to travel within the UK; onsite availability required.
