Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive PartTime Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research data management and supporting executivelevel tasks. The role will involve researching information inputting data into our system and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by the CEO
- Input and update information into RVP systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare documents reports and presentations as needed
- Manage incoming communications and respond to inquiries
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Must be based in the Philippines
