Job Title: Chief of Staff to the CEO

Job Type: Fulltime (Initial 1year commitment unconventional compensation model)
Job Overview:
Zomato is looking for a highly ambitious and driven professional to serve as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a onceinalifetime opportunity to work directly with one of the top leaders in the industry gain unparalleled insights into the workings of a fastgrowing company and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
Note: As part of the selection process applicants may be required to make a financial commitment of INR 20 lakh which will be donated to our nonprofit initiative Feeding India. However this is not a mandatory prerequisite and final hiring decisions will be based on merit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to manage highpriority projects and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to drive business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Provide research analysis and recommendations to support key decisionmaking.
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO offering insights and feedback on business strategies.
- Drive of longterm company objectives and monitor progress.
- Represent the CEO in internal and external engagements when necessary.
What We Look For:

- Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills.
- 510 years of experience in management consulting strategy or leadership roles.
- MBA from a toptier institution preferred.
