Welcome to QIMA ! Our team is looking for a Client Service Coordinator at our office in HangzhouBinjiang
Day to day duties may include:
- Communicate with internal and external clients.
- Manage the client experience through accelerated customer service and support.
- Receive samples and log them into laboratory software.
- Create and maintain client financial account and communication profile.
- Liaise with laboratory staff to meet customer expectations.
- Deliver results data to achieve customer satisfaction by maintaining specified turnaround targets.
- Process payments and respond to account balance questions collections when required.
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints and initiate corrective or preventative actions.
- Order supplies through procurement and coordinate shipments.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years previous work experience in client services business administration or agriculture
- Education: A post secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in chemcial international trade or business administration would be a strong asset.
- Previous experience and knowledge of agriculture and/or sales would be an asset.
