Qualifications for Referral Bonus Eligibility:
To qualify for the referral bonus your referral should:
Speak both German and English at a B2 level or higher
Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NONEU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)
Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract
Complete a 6month probation period
Referrals are valid for 6 months after which they need to be resubmitted to qualify for the bonus.
How the Referral Program Works:
Submit Referral:
For employees: Log in to SmartRecruiters and submit your friends details.
For nonemployees: Submit your Referral through the submission form at the Sutherland Bulgaria Website.
Notify Your Friend: Let them know youve referred them to Sutherland!
Our Team Contacts Them: If eligible our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to start the process. If there are no current openings well keep their information on file and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
Earn Your Bonus: Receive your referral bonus in two installments upon successful hiring:
50 after the first month of employment
50 after the successful completion of the probation period
Additional Referral Policy Details:
Program Duration: The Referral program is open for the whole year.
Position Availability: All actual positions are listed in the website.
Referral Validity: Referrals must have six months of inactivity if theyve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal (for employee) or submission form (for nonemployees) before the referred applicant completes their application. Referrals are processed by the Talent Acquisition Team and the bonus is paid after the referred employee meets milestone dates.
