You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Technical Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our technical product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering design and other crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products that meet customer needs and drive business goals. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to balance business requirements with technical constraints and deliver value to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define the technical product roadmap in alignment with company objectives. Translate business goals into clear technical deliverables and ensure the product vision is understood across teams.
Crossfunctional collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering design marketing and other departments. Facilitate clear communication to ensure that all teams are aligned on product goals and priorities.
Technical Requirements & Specifications: Work closely with engineering teams to write and prioritize detailed technical requirements and product specifications. Ensure the product is feasible and scalable from a technical perspective.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback conduct user interviews and interact with stakeholders to understand technical pain points user needs and market trends.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify technical risks early in the development process and propose solutions. Manage dependencies and mitigate any issues that may arise during the product development lifecycle.
Metrics & Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and continuously monitor product performance making datadriven decisions to optimize the user experience and technical performance.
Qualifications :
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts such as APIs cloud infrastructure databases etc. Experience in a development or engineering role is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and come up with creative scalable solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and vice versa.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence decisionmaking.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with a solid understanding of sprint planning backlog management and iterative product development.
Education: A degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
