Job Description
Panya Seeds is seeking a dynamic growthoriented ECommerce Growth Manager to lead and scale our online sales channels including Shopify Shopee Lazada Facebook TikTok and other emerging marketplaces. This is a remote position with occasional onsite visits offering a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of a missiondriven brand in the home gardening space.
As a key member of our small but ambitious team you will take ownership of our ecommerce operations and be directly responsible for expanding our market reach increasing sales and building a loyal customer base. Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Holistic Growth:
Develop and execute datadriven strategies to grow online sales increase customer acquisition and expand into new markets.
Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in ecommerce gardening and sustainability to keep Panya Seeds ahead of the competition.
Optimize product listings pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.
Own ECommerce Operations:
Manage daytoday operations across all ecommerce platforms (Shopify Shopee Lazada Facebook TikTok and others).
Oversee inventory management order fulfillment and customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Become an expert in platform tools and ad systems (e.g. Shopee Ads Lazada Sponsored Products) to drive traffic and conversions.
DataDriven Decision Making:
Monitor and analyze sales performance customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Use analytics to refine marketing strategies improve customer retention and increase lifetime value.
Collaborate for Creative Impact:
Work closely with the content creation team to develop engaging onbrand content that drives customer engagement and sales.
Experiment with innovative marketing tactics such as influencer partnerships usergenerated content and social commerce to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Champion Regenerative Practices:
Align ecommerce strategies with Panya Seeds mission of sustainability and regeneration.
Explore ways to reduce the environmental impact of our ecommerce operations such as ecofriendly packaging or carbonneutral shipping options.
Requirements
- Proven Growth Mindset: Demonstrated experience in scaling ecommerce sales and managing multiple platforms (Shopify Shopee Lazada etc..
- Analytical and Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions to drive growth.
- SelfStarter: Highly motivated proactive and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and Fast Learner: Comfortable working in a fastpaced evolving environment and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in gardening sustainability or regenerative practices is a strong plus.
- Language Skills: Professional in Thai with medium proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
