Job Description
We are seeking bilingual (SpanishEnglish) licensed Customer Service Representative 440 License to join our team. If you are experienced in Homeowners Auto Home and Commercial insurance policies and passionate about providing excellent service this is your opportunity to grow with a stable and supportive company.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (FullTime)
- Pay Rate: $18$22 per hour.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Write and service insurance policies for Homeowners Auto and Commercial lines.
- Provide accurate quotes while adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs and inquiries.
- Ensure policy compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid 220 or 440 insurance license.
- At least 1 year of experience
- Writing Homeowners Insurance policies.
- Having experience with the QQ Catalyst or Turborater insurance systems.
- Quoting and servicing insurance products.
- Bilingual proficiency (SpanishEnglish) is required.
