Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Content Strategist in a fastpaced creative social media agency. You ll be instrumental in crafting compelling strategies that drive organic growth and captivate audiences on Instagram Facebook and TikTok. Working closely with a diverse team of creatives you ll have the chance to directly influence content direction turning innovative ideas into impactful social media campaigns that resonate with today s digitalsavvy consumers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct indepth weekly research on emerging trends in audio video and content across major social media platforms staying ahead of the curve in the everevolving digital landscape
- Develop comprehensive content outlines for planned social media shoots ensuring each piece aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Provide expert guidance to video editors optimizing postproduction content to maximize engagement and reach
- Spearhead organic growth strategies for client accounts on Instagram Facebook and TikTok leveraging platformspecific features and algorithms
- Collaborate seamlessly with content creators engagement specialists and designers to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies in realtime to optimize content effectiveness and client ROI
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media content strategy with particular expertise in Instagram Facebook and TikTok (MUST)
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and demonstrated success in driving organic account growth
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex social media trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Creative mindset with a talent for generating innovative content ideas that capture audience attention
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey strategic direction to team members and articulate value to clients
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive approach to staying updated on the latest social media platform changes and industry best practices
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
