Job Description
This is a remote position.
Paid hours per week:40 hours
Responsibilities
- Use Applied Epic software to manage accounts and create new policies
- Issue certificates and auto ID cards
- Process policy renewals and updates
- Handle administrative tasks related to policy management
- Maintain accurate client records within the Applied Epic system
Requirements
- Proficiency in Applied Epic agency management system is a plus
- Experience in commercial insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent written communication skills
Scope
- No phone calls or video meetings required
- Focus on backoffice administrative tasks
