Job Description

Responsiblities:

Plan and implement Freshworks system upgrades enhancements customization and configuration.

Design and develop complex functionality across multiple Freshworks modules.

Utilize scripting tools to create scripts scheduled jobs and business rules for business needs.

Integrate Freshworks with external systems like Jira.

Assist the global desktop manager with tasks recommending improvements and automation.

Requirements

Key requirements:

Experience: 2 years with Freshworks and Service Portal.
Skills: ITIL processes SQL HTML UI design and CSS.
Responsibilities: Configuring Freshworks ITSM service catalog.
