Job Description

This is a remote position.

Paid hours per week: 37.5 hours
Schedules:
Saturday to Wednesday 12:00 PM 9:00 PM 1hour unpaid break two 15minute unpaid breaks New York City USA (Eastern Daylight Time)
Friday to Tuesday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 1hour unpaid break two 15minute unpaid breaks New York City USA (Eastern Daylight Time)

Job Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:



Responsibilities
  • Act as Inbound Call Center Agent for buildings to log package deliveries let the courier into the building remotely and make sure they place the packages in the designated area.
  • Engage with customers to learn about and address their needs complaints or other issues with products or services.
  • Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients as needed.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high volume production environment.







Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • 4 years of experience in handling highprofile voice accounts is a MUST.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coachable Punctual Assertive and Diligent.
