- Demonstrate requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management
- Design conduct and facilitate requirements sessions
- Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document
- Write wellformed validated requirements and manage requirement changes
- Use appropriate tools to record track and manage requirements
- Coordinate with business users for the requirements elicitation
- Conduct explanation sessions with developers/testers for the requirements
- Clarify requirements when raised by development/testing team

- 1 to 2 years of experience in requirement gathering
- Have experience in working with multivendor environment
- Have experience of writing requirements for IT system build
- Have experience of using Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence etc
- Have exposure to Agile requirements gathering
