Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment process for IT/NonIT roles including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates.
- Handle bulk hiring for BPO and other highvolume recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants qualifications skills and compatibility with the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers negotiate terms and ensure candidates smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in IT/NonIT recruitment or bulk hiring for BPOs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
