Job Description

Talent Acquisition Opportunities 6Month Contracts (Big 4 Firm)

Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid Minimum One Office Visit Per Month)
Salary: $70K $80K (depending on role and experience)

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for your next opportunity My client a global leader in professional services is hiring six Talent Acquisition specialists for 6month contract roles. These positions require candidates to be based in Toronto with a hybrid model that includes at least one inoffice day per month.

Available Roles:

We have multiple positions available for:
Talent Acquisition Coordinators (Analyst Level)
Talent Acquisition Specialists (Specialist Level)

Key Responsibilities:

For Coordinators (Analyst Level):

  • Support recruitment operations scheduling interviews managing job postings and tracking applications
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conduct initial screenings and candidate assessments
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through professional communication
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks including reporting and event coordination

For Specialists (Specialist Level):

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Leverage sourcing tools to identify toptier diverse talent
  • Manage candidates through the full selection process
  • Deliver strong stakeholder management and provide strategic hiring insights

What We re Looking For:

15 years of experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
Techsavvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
A commitment to diversity and inclusion Indigenous recruitment experience is a plus for some roles

Important: Candidates must be located in Toronto ON and available for one inoffice day per month
