Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Functional Controller / Data and Process Analyst to join our Worldwide Qualification Testing organization in Szeged or Nyregyhza Hungary. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse existing Qualification Testing data identifying standardization potentials and implementing necessary actions
- Develop and implement a ContiTechwide standardized Qualification Testing KPI concept and methods
- Develop and drive implementation of Qualification Testing data concepts ensuring management and quality assurance
- Maintain and optimize existing Qualification Testing data metrics and analytics standards
- Monitoring of controlling figures of the central Cost Centers
- Roll out and communicate developed standards across the organization
- Define and communicate strategic objectives for Qualification Testing financials metrics and analytics
- Analyse training needs create and execute training programs for related standards
Qualifications :
- Completed masters or diploma study of economics business management business informatics engineering or comparable studies
- Several years of experience in data analysis service analysis or process analysis
- Longterm professional experience in finance and/or controlling or any related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze large datasets
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Solid understanding of qualification testing processes and quality management principles
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience working in a global or worldwide organization is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Fluency in English;
