The Frontend Support Engineer will primarily handle frontend support for our clients product including addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues. This role also involves collaborating with the development team to fix bugs and performance problems while maintaining support documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontend support for our Angular applications addressing user inquiries and technical issues
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Update the tests when encountering & solving issues
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions
- Learn other areas (backend databases data pipelines web sing) and provide support when needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in Angular and frontend development technologies
- Problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
