Job Description

Role: Project Lead Numeracy Delhi
Experience: 610 years
Salary: Up to 20 LPA

Insight: Indepth understanding of numeracy curriculum development; worked on TPD managed a team understand schools and stakeholder understanding of programs at scale is a must


About role:

This job seeks a Project Lead for Foundational Numeracy Design and Implementation. This role focuses on significantly improving earlygrade math learning outcomes by developing and deploying effective numeracy interventions.

Heres a breakdown of the key responsibilities and requirements:

Core Focus:

  • Improving EarlyGrade Numeracy: Leading the creation and implementation of highquality math instructional materials and teacher support systems.
  • Structured Pedagogy: Utilizing structured pedagogy principles to enhance teaching and learning aligning with national educational frameworks (NIPUN Bharat NCERT/SCERT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Design:
    • Develop comprehensive educational resources (lesson plans assessments etc. that are engaging and pedagogically sound.
    • Collaborate with experts and endusers to ensure content quality and relevance.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all stages of project from planning and piloting to largescale implementation.
    • Manage teams resources and stakeholder relationships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with government officials SCERT leadership and technical experts to drive educational reform.
    • Build trust and collaborative relationships.
  • Field Implementation & Teacher Support:
    • Lead ontheground implementation and provide effective teacher support (coaching training).
    • Analyze student data to refine strategies and improve instruction.
    • Strengthen CSF field teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive Experience: 610 years in earlygrade math education curriculum design and teacher training.
  • Mathematics Expertise: Deep understanding of earlygrade math pedagogy including learning progressions and effective teaching strategies.
  • Curriculum Development: Proven experience in designing structured pedagogy content including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Teacher Support Skills: Ability to demonstrate lessons coach teachers and use data to inform instruction.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Strong skills in project delivery team leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Communication: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Commitment & Drive: Passion for improving educational outcomes ability to work in a challenging environment and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Adaptability: Openness to continuous learning and feedback.
  • Resource Management: Ability to produce high quality results with limited resources.
